In short: İlacım Yanımda works entirely offline. No personal data is collected, sent to any server, or shared with third parties. Everything you enter stays only on your own device.

1. Who this policy covers

This privacy policy applies to the İlacım Yanımda mobile application (the “App”), developed by Kompanse. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

2. What data is processed

To perform its functions, the App stores the following information only on your device. This data is never seen by us or anyone else and never leaves your device:

• Medication details (name, dose, amount, route, times, photo).
• Profile details (name, age, avatar photo, an emergency contact phone number).
• Usage/adherence history (which dose was taken when, snooze records).
• App settings (language, notification preferences, text size, alarm sound).

3. No data collection or transmission

• No internet connection is required; data is never sent to any server.
• No account creation, sign-in, or registration.
• No analytics, tracking, advertising identifiers, or cookies.
• Data is never shared with or sold to third parties.

4. Device permissions

Permissions are used solely for the related feature:

• Notifications: to show medication reminder alarms.
• Camera / Photos: to add a medication or profile photo (the photo you pick is stored only on the device).
• Phone (calling): the “emergency call” button on the alarm screen opens your saved emergency contact’s number in the phone’s dialer. The call starts only with your confirmation.

You can revoke any permission at any time in your device settings; the related feature will stop working, but the App remains usable.

5. Health information

The medication and health information you enter may be sensitive. Because this data never leaves your device, it is inaccessible to us. Your device’s own security (passcode/biometric lock) is important for protecting this information.

6. Data storage and deletion

• All data is kept in your device’s local database.
• You can erase all of your information using the in-app “Clear data” option.
• Removing the App from your device also deletes its data.

7. Children’s privacy

The App does not knowingly collect data from children. Since no data is collected at all, the same privacy level applies to users of every age.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page and the “Last updated” date will change.
