Sepetteyiz ("we", "our", or "the App") is a collaborative shopping list application developed by Kompanse. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and your rights regarding your personal information.

By using Sepetteyiz, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you use Sepetteyiz, an account is automatically created for you using Firebase Anonymous Authentication. We do not collect your email address, name, or phone number during registration. A unique anonymous user ID is generated and assigned to your account.

1.2 User-Generated Content

We store the following data that you create while using the App:

  • Username — A randomly generated username (e.g., u1234) that you may change at any time.
  • Avatar selection — An index referring to a locally stored avatar image.
  • Shopping lists — List names, items, quantities, units, and member information.
  • Notification preferences — Your push notification token and permission status, used solely for delivering notifications about list activity.

1.3 Subscription Information

If you subscribe to Sepetteyiz Pro, your purchase is processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives your anonymous user ID and purchase receipt to verify and manage your entitlements. We do not have access to your payment details (credit card number, billing address, etc.).

1.4 Device Information

We do not collect device-specific information such as device model, operating system version, or hardware identifiers for analytics or tracking purposes.

1.5 Analytics & Crash Logs

Sepetteyiz does not currently integrate any third-party analytics, crash reporting, or tracking services (such as Google Analytics, Sentry, or Firebase Crashlytics).

2. Why We Collect Data

We collect and process your data for the following purposes:

  • Account creation & authentication — To create and maintain your anonymous account so you can use the App across sessions.
  • Service delivery — To store your shopping lists, synchronize data in real time between list members, and provide the core functionality of the App.
  • Subscription management — To determine whether you have an active Pro subscription and unlock the corresponding features.
  • Push notifications — To notify you about activity in your shared shopping lists (e.g., when an item is added or a member joins).

3. Third-Party Services

Sepetteyiz relies on the following third-party services to function:

3.1 Firebase (Google)

We use Firebase for authentication (Anonymous Auth) and data storage (Cloud Firestore). Your data is stored on Google's servers. Firebase's privacy practices are governed by the Firebase Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.

3.2 RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat for in-app subscription management. RevenueCat processes your anonymous user ID and purchase receipts to manage entitlements. RevenueCat's privacy practices are described in the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

3.3 Apple App Store / Google Play Store

In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Their respective privacy policies apply to all payment transactions:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

Your data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With third-party service providers listed above (Firebase, RevenueCat), strictly for the purpose of operating the App.
  • With other users — Your username and avatar are visible to other members of shopping lists you belong to. No other personal data is shared with other users.
  • As required by law — We may disclose data if required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. Shopping list data is retained for as long as the list exists and has active members. If you delete your account, your personal data (username, avatar, notification tokens) will be permanently removed from our servers.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Access — You can view your data directly within the App (your profile, lists, and items).
  • Correction — You can update your username and avatar at any time from the App's settings.
  • Deletion — You can delete your account from the App's settings screen. This will permanently remove your user profile and associated data. You may also request account deletion by contacting us at the email address below.
  • Subscription cancellation — You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.

7. Children's Privacy

Sepetteyiz is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including Firebase Security Rules that restrict data access to authorized users only. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users through the App or by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

Sepetteyiz ("biz", "bizim" veya "Uygulama"), Kompanse tarafından geliştirilen ortak kullanımlı bir alışveriş listesi uygulamasıdır. Bu Gizlilik Politikası; hangi verileri topladığımızı, neden topladığımızı, nasıl kullandığımızı ve kişisel bilgilerinize ilişkin haklarınızı açıklamaktadır.

Sepetteyiz'i kullanarak bu politikada açıklanan uygulamaları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Toplanan Bilgiler

1.1 Hesap Bilgileri

Sepetteyiz'i kullandığınızda, Firebase Anonim Kimlik Doğrulama ile otomatik olarak bir hesap oluşturulur. Kayıt sırasında e-posta adresiniz, adınız veya telefon numaranız toplanmaz. Hesabınıza benzersiz bir anonim kullanıcı kimliği atanır.

1.2 Kullanıcı Tarafından Oluşturulan İçerik

Uygulamayı kullanırken oluşturduğunuz aşağıdaki veriler saklanır:

  • Kullanıcı adı — Rastgele oluşturulan (ör. u1234) ve istediğiniz zaman değiştirebileceğiniz bir kullanıcı adı.
  • Avatar seçimi — Cihazda yerel olarak saklanan bir avatar görseline karşılık gelen indeks.
  • Alışveriş listeleri — Liste adları, ürünler, miktarlar, birimler ve üye bilgileri.
  • Bildirim tercihleri — Yalnızca liste etkinlikleriyle ilgili bildirim göndermek amacıyla kullanılan push bildirim token'ınız ve izin durumunuz.

1.3 Abonelik Bilgileri

Sepetteyiz Pro'ya abone olursanız, satın alma işleminiz Apple App Store veya Google Play Store üzerinden gerçekleştirilir. Abonelik durumunu yönetmek için RevenueCat kullanılır. RevenueCat, anonim kullanıcı kimliğinizi ve satın alma makbuzunuzu alarak yetkilendirmelerinizi doğrular. Ödeme bilgilerinize (kredi kartı numarası, fatura adresi vb.) erişimimiz yoktur.

1.4 Cihaz Bilgileri

Cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü veya donanım tanımlayıcıları gibi cihaza özel bilgiler analitik veya izleme amacıyla toplanmaz.

1.5 Analitik ve Çökme Kayıtları

Sepetteyiz şu anda herhangi bir üçüncü taraf analitik, çökme raporlama veya izleme hizmeti (Google Analytics, Sentry veya Firebase Crashlytics gibi) entegre etmemektedir.

2. Verilerin Toplanma Amacı

Verileriniz aşağıdaki amaçlarla toplanır ve işlenir:

  • Hesap oluşturma ve kimlik doğrulama — Anonim hesabınızı oluşturmak ve oturumlar arasında kullanmanızı sağlamak.
  • Hizmet sunumu — Alışveriş listelerinizi saklamak, liste üyeleri arasında gerçek zamanlı senkronizasyon sağlamak ve Uygulamanın temel işlevselliğini sunmak.
  • Abonelik yönetimi — Aktif bir Pro aboneliğiniz olup olmadığını belirlemek ve ilgili özellikleri açmak.
  • Push bildirimleri — Paylaşılan alışveriş listelerinizdeki etkinlikler hakkında sizi bilgilendirmek (ör. ürün eklendiğinde veya bir üye katıldığında).

3. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler

Sepetteyiz, işlevlerini yerine getirmek için aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf hizmetleri kullanır:

3.1 Firebase (Google)

Kimlik doğrulama (Anonim Auth) ve veri depolama (Cloud Firestore) için Firebase kullanılır. Verileriniz Google sunucularında saklanır. Firebase'in gizlilik uygulamaları Firebase Gizlilik Politikası ve Google Gizlilik Politikası kapsamındadır.

3.2 RevenueCat

Uygulama içi abonelik yönetimi için RevenueCat kullanılır. RevenueCat, yetkilendirmelerinizi yönetmek amacıyla anonim kullanıcı kimliğinizi ve satın alma makbuzlarınızı işler. RevenueCat'in gizlilik uygulamaları RevenueCat Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmaktadır.

3.3 Apple App Store / Google Play Store

Uygulama içi satın almalar Apple veya Google tarafından işlenir. İlgili gizlilik politikaları tüm ödeme işlemleri için geçerlidir:

5. Veri Saklama

Verileriniz hesabınız var olduğu sürece saklanır. Alışveriş listesi verileri, liste mevcut olduğu ve aktif üyeleri bulunduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızı silerseniz, kişisel verileriniz (kullanıcı adı, avatar, bildirim token'ları) sunucularımızdan kalıcı olarak kaldırılır.

6. Haklarınız

Verilerinize ilişkin aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:

  • Erişim — Verilerinizi doğrudan Uygulama içinden görüntüleyebilirsiniz (profiliniz, listeleriniz ve ürünleriniz).
  • Düzeltme — Kullanıcı adınızı ve avatarınızı Uygulama ayarlarından istediğiniz zaman güncelleyebilirsiniz.
  • Silme — Hesabınızı Uygulama ayarlar ekranından silebilirsiniz. Bu işlem kullanıcı profilinizi ve ilişkili verileri kalıcı olarak kaldıracaktır. Ayrıca aşağıdaki e-posta adresinden bizimle iletişime geçerek hesap silme talebinde bulunabilirsiniz.
  • Abonelik iptali — Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman Apple App Store veya Google Play Store hesap ayarlarınızdan iptal edebilirsiniz.

7. Çocukların Gizliliği

Sepetteyiz, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamıyoruz. 13 yaşın altındaki bir çocuğun bize kişisel veri sağladığını düşünüyorsanız, gerekli önlemleri alabilmemiz için lütfen bizimle iletişime geçin.

8. Güvenlik

Verilerinizi korumak için Firebase Güvenlik Kuralları dahil olmak üzere endüstri standardı güvenlik önlemleri uygulanmaktadır. Ancak hiçbir elektronik iletim veya depolama yöntemi %100 güvenli değildir ve mutlak güvenliği garanti edemeyiz.

9. Bu Politikadaki Değişiklikler

Bu Gizlilik Politikasını zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Kompanse ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of the Sepetteyiz mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Sepetteyiz is a collaborative real-time shopping list application that allows users to create, manage, and share shopping lists with other users.

1.1 Free Plan

All users can use Sepetteyiz free of charge with the following limits:

  • Up to 3 shopping lists
  • Up to 10 items per list
  • Real-time collaboration with other users
  • Avatar customization
  • Push notifications for list activity

1.2 Sepetteyiz Pro

By subscribing to Sepetteyiz Pro, you unlock the following benefits:

  • Unlimited shopping lists
  • Unlimited items per list
  • All future Pro features as they become available

2. Subscription Terms

2.1 Pricing & Duration

Sepetteyiz Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription. The current pricing and subscription periods (weekly, monthly, or annual) are displayed on the in-app paywall at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and are determined by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2.2 Billing & Auto-Renewal

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the time of purchase confirmation.
  • Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price.
  • Price changes, if any, will be communicated in advance. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

2.3 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly indicated on the paywall. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

2.4 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until that period expires.

  • iOS: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Sepetteyiz > Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Go to Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Sepetteyiz > Cancel Subscription

Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your device's subscription settings.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases and subscription payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not process payments directly and therefore cannot issue refunds.

To request a refund:

Refund eligibility is determined solely by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.

4. User Accounts & Conduct

4.1 Account Creation

An account is automatically created when you first open the App using anonymous authentication. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account. A randomly generated username is assigned to you, which you may change at any time.

4.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
  • Use offensive or inappropriate usernames

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, avatars, and all related content, is owned by Kompanse and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
  • The App will meet your specific requirements
  • Data stored within the App will never be lost or corrupted
  • The App will be available at all times in all regions

You use the App at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KOMPANSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time through the App's settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Sepetteyiz mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kullanımını düzenleyen, siz ("Kullanıcı" veya "siz") ile Kompanse ("biz", "bizim") arasında yasal olarak bağlayıcı bir sözleşmedir. Uygulamayı indirerek, kurarak veya kullanarak bu Koşullar'a bağlı olmayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Hizmet Tanımı

Sepetteyiz, kullanıcıların alışveriş listeleri oluşturmasına, yönetmesine ve diğer kullanıcılarla paylaşmasına olanak tanıyan, gerçek zamanlı ortak kullanımlı bir alışveriş listesi uygulamasıdır.

1.1 Ücretsiz Plan

Tüm kullanıcılar Sepetteyiz'i aşağıdaki limitlerle ücretsiz olarak kullanabilir:

  • En fazla 3 alışveriş listesi
  • Liste başına en fazla 10 ürün
  • Diğer kullanıcılarla gerçek zamanlı iş birliği
  • Avatar özelleştirme
  • Liste etkinlikleri için push bildirimleri

1.2 Sepetteyiz Pro

Sepetteyiz Pro'ya abone olarak aşağıdaki avantajların kilidini açarsınız:

  • Sınırsız alışveriş listesi
  • Sınırsız ürün
  • Kullanıma sunulacak tüm gelecekteki Pro özellikleri

2. Abonelik Koşulları

2.1 Fiyatlandırma ve Süre

Sepetteyiz Pro, otomatik yenilenen bir abonelik olarak sunulmaktadır. Güncel fiyatlandırma ve abonelik süreleri (haftalık, aylık veya yıllık) satın alma anında uygulama içi ödeme ekranında gösterilir. Fiyatlar bölgeye göre değişiklik gösterebilir ve Apple App Store veya Google Play Store tarafından belirlenir.

2.2 Faturalandırma ve Otomatik Yenileme

  • Ödeme, satın alma onayı sırasında Apple ID veya Google Play hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
  • Aboneliğiniz, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmediğiniz sürece her fatura döneminin sonunda otomatik olarak yenilenir.
  • Hesabınız, mevcut dönemin bitiminden 24 saat öncesine kadar aynı fiyat üzerinden yenileme için ücretlendirilecektir.
  • Varsa fiyat değişiklikleri önceden bildirilecektir. Fiyat değişikliğinden sonra kullanıma devam etmeniz, yeni fiyatı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

2.3 Ücretsiz Deneme

Ücretsiz deneme sunulması halinde, ödeme ekranında açıkça belirtilecektir. Abonelik satın aldığınızda, ücretsiz deneme süresinin kullanılmayan kısmı geçersiz olur.

2.4 İptal Etme

Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, mevcut fatura döneminin sonunda geçerli olur. Bu süre dolana kadar Pro özelliklerine erişiminiz devam eder.

Uygulamayı silmek aboneliğinizi otomatik olarak iptal etmez. Cihazınızın abonelik ayarlarından iptal etmeniz gerekmektedir.

3. İade Politikası

Tüm satın almalar ve abonelik ödemeleri Apple (App Store) veya Google (Play Store) tarafından işlenir. Ödemeleri doğrudan biz işlemediğimiz için iade yapma imkanımız bulunmamaktadır.

İade talep etmek için:

İade uygunluğu, yalnızca Apple veya Google tarafından kendi iade politikalarına uygun olarak belirlenir.

4. Kullanıcı Hesapları ve Davranış Kuralları

4.1 Hesap Oluşturma

Uygulamayı ilk açtığınızda anonim kimlik doğrulama kullanılarak otomatik olarak bir hesap oluşturulur. Hesabınıza erişimi korumak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Size rastgele oluşturulan bir kullanıcı adı atanır ve bunu istediğiniz zaman değiştirebilirsiniz.

4.2 Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Aşağıdakileri yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:

  • Uygulamayı herhangi bir yasa dışı amaç için kullanmak
  • Diğer kullanıcıların verilerine veya hesaplarına yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışmak
  • Uygulamanın işlevselliğine veya sunucularına müdahale etmek veya bunları bozmak
  • Uygulamaya erişmek için otomatik sistemler (botlar, tarayıcılar) kullanmak
  • Saldırgan veya uygunsuz kullanıcı adları kullanmak

Bu Koşulları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutarız.

5. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulama; tasarımı, kodu, grafikleri, avatarları ve ilgili tüm içeriği dahil olmak üzere Kompanse'ye aittir ve yürürlükteki fikri mülkiyet yasaları ile korunmaktadır. Size Uygulamayı kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans verilmektedir.

6. Garanti Reddi

UYGULAMA, TİCARETE ELVERİŞLİLİK, BELİRLİ BİR AMACA UYGUNLUK VE İHLAL ETMEME DAHİL ANCAK BUNLARLA SINIRLI OLMAMAK ÜZERE, AÇIK VEYA ZIMNİ HİÇBİR GARANTİ OLMAKSIZIN "OLDUĞU GİBİ" VE "MEVCUT OLDUĞU ŞEKİLDE" SUNULMAKTADIR.

Aşağıdakileri garanti etmiyoruz:

  • Uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız veya zararlı bileşenlerden arınmış olacağı
  • Uygulamanın özel gereksinimlerinizi karşılayacağı
  • Uygulama içinde saklanan verilerin asla kaybolmayacağı veya bozulmayacağı
  • Uygulamanın her zaman ve her bölgede kullanılabilir olacağı

Uygulamayı kendi riskinizle kullanırsınız.

7. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

YÜRÜRLÜKTEKI YASALARIN İZİN VERDİĞİ AZAMİ ÖLÇÜDE, KOMPANSE; VERİ KAYBI, KAR KAYBI VEYA İŞ KESİNTİSİ DAHİL ANCAK BUNLARLA SINIRLI OLMAMAK ÜZERE, UYGULAMAYI KULLANMANIZDAN KAYNAKLANAN VEYA BUNUNLA İLGİLİ HİÇBİR DOLAYLI, ARIZİ, ÖZEL, SONUÇSAL VEYA CEZAİ ZARARDAN SORUMLU OLMAYACAKTIR.

Bu Koşullar veya Uygulama ile ilgili herhangi bir talepten doğan toplam sorumluluğumuz, talebin öncesindeki on iki (12) ay içinde bize ödediğiniz tutarı aşmayacaktır.

8. Fesih

Fesih üzerine Uygulamayı kullanma hakkınız derhal sona erer ve verilerinizi Gizlilik Politikamıza uygun olarak silebiliriz.

9. Bu Koşullardaki Değişiklikler

Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler yapılması halinde, bu sayfanın üst kısmındaki yürürlük tarihini güncelleyerek kullanıcıları bilgilendireceğiz.
